conference has a unique identification number that you assign.
Your guests may call into the conference service and listen to
recordings of conference calls they missed, free of charge.
After entering your PIN code, start recording by pressing * 2.
At the prompt, enter any 2-8 digit number at your discretion
and write this number down for later reference. This number is
your conference file number for this recording. You may stop
the recording at any time during your conference by pressing *
2 again or it will automatically stop at the end of your call.
The conference file number is used to playback your
conferences. This is why you need to jot down the number you
have entered.
To playback a conference call, dial into your conference center
and press * 3. At the prompt, enter the conference file number
for the recording you wish to hear. You will be asked to enter
the number of minutes you wish to skip from the beginning of
the recording. Enter 0 for none, etc. This prompt is important
because many conference calls have several minutes of
preliminary conversation prior to the agenda points and this
allows you to skip that part.
There is no limit to how many conference calls you may record.
Your recording will automatically be deleted from the
conference bridge after 14 days. Or, keep the recording forever
by ordering a .wav, .mp3, .rm (RealAudio) or Music CD format
file.
We will upload your conference call to our web audio host for
easy access. You may then download the file.
